Preservation of eggs

We need to preserve eggs otherwise they will lose (rotten). We can preserve eggs by    several methods.
             Lime water system:
1.  In this system 1.2 kg of lime is mixed with 20 kg of fresh water well. Then about 10 minutes are required for sedimentation. Pour upward clean water to another pot. If we drawn eggs in that water for 2 months eggs can preserve well.
2.  In this system 1 kg of lime is mixed with 1 kg of boiled water. When this mixer is turned to normal temperature then other 4 liters of fresh water and 250 gm salt are mixed well. After then 1 day is required for sedimentation. Then pouring upward clean water to another mud pot (make with mud) we have to drawn in that water for 20 minutes. After then eggs are dried in shadow. In this system eggs can preserve well for 2 months.
             Boiled water system:
3.  In this system eggs are boiled at 540 C temperatures for 15 minutes or 600 F temperatures for 3 – 4 minutes. Then eggs are taken to another pot. In this system the quality of eggs can preserve well for 1 month.
             Oil system:
4.  In this system eggs are drawn in to Soybean oil after the eggs are lay down then they have to take to another pots. In this system 11,000 – 12,000 eggs are drawn 4.5 liters oil. In this system the quality of eggs can preserve well for 25 – 30 days.
            Refrigerator or Cold Storage methods:
5. We can store eggs in Refrigerator or Cold Storage at 4C or 360 F temperatures. In this system the quality of eggs can preserve well for many days. In this system the humidity of Cold Storage is 70 – 80 % needed. No other products can preserve at the storage at the same time. Taking out from refrigerator we can use eggs after one hour.
